Here, the cuisine is an art  where we combine quality products and bold of ingredients to flatter and surprise the eyes and taste buds.

Some recipe ideas to get you the mouth watering:

  • Celery ravioli with foie gras, seasonal mushrooms and chicken broth
  • Piece of beef from the Aubrac beef, crisp lettuce and butter jus,
